She has been able to extend this interest into her passion for horse riding. She is fascinated by the connection between horse and rider to develop harmonious and effortless movement with maximum effectiveness and minimum effort. Combining both interests, Sarah chose to explore this further through her physiotherapy journey.

She derives great satisfaction from helping people along their rehab journey, she assists her clients overcome the physical, mental and functional complexities of their injury, to return to their optimal level of activity and reach their individual goals. She enjoys working closely with clients to find a solution and get them back on track.
Sarah is currently completing post-grad studies in Animal Physiotherapy to combine both her interests into one, and has a strong interest in sports injuries, rehabilitation and clinical pilates.
Sarah spends most of her time outside of work catching up with friends, riding her horses and travelling.
